In Bihar, more than 20 people are missing and seven are confirmed dead in a boat capsized in Sone River in Bhojpur district on today morning. The mishap occurred as an overcrowded boat carrying about 30 to 40 people from Dhauri village to Mehdia village.Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has expressed grief over the boat tragedy and announced an ex-gratia of 2 lakh rupees to the kin of those dead in the incident. The National Disaster Relief Fund team is supervising rescue and search operation.
