It added that more than 20 crore 20 lakh balance and unutilized COVID vaccine doses are still available with States and Union Territories to be administered. <br />''<br />''The new phase of universalization of COVID-19 vaccination commenced from 21st of June this year. In this drive, the Union Government is procuring and supplying  75 per cent of vaccines being produced by the vaccine manufacturers in the country to States and Union Territories free of cost.</span><br />
