More than 100 athletes will take part in the final qualification events for the Rio Olympic Games at the 3rd and 4th Indian Grand Prix to be held in Bengaluru tomorrow and on Monday. They include some national campers, and their counterparts from Maldives and Sri Lanka. A total of 23 events, 13 for men and 10 for women, will feature in both the Grand Prix events.Athletics Federation of India Secretary C K Valson said that 24 athletes have already qualified for Rio Olympic Games in individual events, while the women's 4-by-400 meter relay team is ranked world No. 13 and fulfils the qualification criteria.
