More than 1.36 crore doses of COVID vaccine administered to beneficiaries in Odisha

In Odisha, more than 1.36 crore doses of vaccine have been administered to the beneficiaries. One lakh forty six thousand doses of Covishield and Covaxin were given to the beneficiaries in 565 session sites yesterday. AIR correspondent reports that Odisha till date has inoculated about 63 lakh people in the age group of 45 years and above with the first doses of the vaccines as against 37 lakh beneficiaries belonging to 18 to 44 years age bracket. The state government has planned more than one thousand session sites across the state today to carry forward the vaccination drive.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the viral trajectory in the state continues to collapse with a little over two thousand fresh infections reported yesterday as against the recovery of 2641 cases.
