US President Barack Obama's adviser on arms control Gary Samore has said that Iran could face fresh international sanctions after talks in Switzerland this week at which Tehran refused to discuss uranium enrichment.He said in Washington that if Iran avoids serious negotiations, sanctions would not be lifted until all concerns are fully addressed.Iran, meanwhile, rejected Western suspicions that its nuclear programme is a cover for acquiring an atomic bomb.
