Government is to set up a 100 bed hospital on the campus of National Institute of Health and Family Welfare to provide better health services. This was stated by Secretary of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Mr. P K Pradhan while addressing the 35th Annual Day of National Institute of Health and Family Welfare in New Delhi today. Mr. Pradhan stressed the need for more operational research to increase the standards of Health services in the country. He also called for the co-ordination between the several Medical Institutes and colleges to work on sharing of research data. Mr. Pradhan said that there is urgent need of qualified trainers and centre is in the process of connecting the trainers with the Information Tecnology, IT to ensure effective delivery of health services.
