<span style="color: #222222;">South Korean President Moon Jae-in today said, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will soon visit Seoul as part of high-profile diplomacy aimed at ridding Pyongyang of its nuclear weapons. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">During a speech before Parliament, Mr Moon said, a second North Korea-US summit is near at hand and that Chinese President Xi Jinping is expected to visit North Korea soon.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The South Korean President also said he expected Mr Kim to visit Russia soon and that the North Korean leader may meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The two Koreas remain split since the three-year Korean War ended in 1953 with an armistice. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">If Mr Kim visits Seoul, he would be the first North Korean leader to cross the border into the South since the war's end.</span>
