Monte Carlo Masters : Tennis World No. 2 Rafael Nadal wins

In Tennis, Spain's World Number 2 Rafael Nadal has won the Monte Carlo Masters title by defeating top seeded Serb Novak Djokovic, 6-3, 6-1 in the title clash of the Men's Singles category, played yesterday at Monaco.This was not only Nadal's eighth consecutive Monte Carlo Masters title, but the victory has also marked the end of his seven-match losing streak in the finals to Djokovic, whose last victory over Nadal came in a six-hour long Australian Open final.Meanwhile, America's top seeded Bryan brothers, Bob and Mike, have won the Men's Doubles trophy. The top seeded Bryan brothers defeated the second seeded Belarusian-Canadian combine of Max Mirnyi and Daniel Nestor, 6-2, 6-3 in the finals yesterday.
