The southwest monsoon has withdrawn from the hill state of Himachal Pradesh with 15 per cent deficit rainfall. The MeT officials said, the southwest monsoon withdrew from Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and some parts of Haryana and west Rajasthan.
