In Uttar Pradesh, the monsoon has become weak resulting in slight rise in day’s temperature. Several districts in central and east UP have registered 0ne to two degrees' rise and increase in humidity. AIR Gorakhpur correspondent reports that the rain is insufficient for most of the Kharif crops.
