The Monsoon Session of Parliament has been extended till the 6th of next month. Highly placed sources said, the decision to this effect was taken by the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs in New Delhi today.

The current session which began on the 5th of this month, was to end on 30th of August.
