More than 30 bills including the Direct Tax Code Bill and the Whistle Blower Bill will be introduced in the Monsoon Session of Parliament, beginning Monday. AIR Correspondent says that while the Government has proposed a heavy legislative agenda, the opposition is all geared up to target the UPA on price rise, the recent Indo-Pak Foreign Ministers' talks and various other issues.The Civil Nuclear Liability Bill and the Women's Reservation Bill are also listed for consideration and passing. Briefing media on the agenda for the Monsoon Session, Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Pawan Kumar Bansal said the government will bring the Women's Reservation Bill in the Lok Sabha after consultations with political parties. The Rajya Sabha has already passed the Bill with stiff opposition from the SP, RJD and JD(U). In reply to a question on the proposed Food Security Bill, Mr. Bansal said the Government is still working on the draft of the bill.
