<br/>The monsoon session of Orissa Legislative Assembly begins today. Finance Minister Prafulla Chandra Ghadei will present the General Budget today for the year 2010-11. The house in a brief session in March had passed a vote on account for four months. <br/> <br/>The session comprises of two phases having 28 working days. The first phase ends on 28th of this month and the next phase will continue up to 7th August. <br/> <br/>Alleged horse trading in the just concluded Rajya Sabha elections by the ruling Biju Janata Dal and the Mining scam are likely to figure in the session and make it stormy.<br/>
