Monsoon session of the Manipur Legislative Assembly begins today. The session will have altogether 12 seating and will continue up to the 13th of the next month.On the first day of the session today, the Houses paid tribute to the departed former member of the 2nd state assembly T Gougin. Members cutting across party lines appreciated his contribution to the state as an administrator and as a social worker.
