The monsoon session of the Himachal Pradesh state assembly began in Shimla today. The proceedings of the House commenced at 11 am.<br />''  <br />'' Besides mourning, other legislative business will also be dealt with on the first day of the monsoon session. There will be a total of 4 sittings during this session and there is a possibility of ruckus in the session.<br />''  <br />'' This will be the last assembly session of the present government as general elections are due in the state later this year. In such a situation, both the major political parties of the state, BJP and Congress, will try to warm up the political atmosphere of the state in their favor through this session.
