The monsoon session of Goa Assembly begins today. It is expected to discuss eight important bills, including a law to control the casino business in the tourist state. Proposed laws is aimed at regulating off-shore and inland casino business in the state. Through this Bill, the government is likely to ban entry of locals and minors in the casino.
