The Monsoon Session of the Delhi Assembly begins today. The session is expected to be stormy as the Opposition BJP will raise the issues of Commonwealth Games, price rise and the law and order situation in the city and the ruling Congress planning to pin down the BJP on issue of irregularities in the MCD.
