Monsoon session of Chhattisgarh state assembly to conclude today

The monsoon session of the Chhattisgarh state assembly will conclude today. The six-day session commenced on July 20th.<br />'' <br />'' On the last day of the session, a debate is going on a No-Confidence Motion against the state's Congress government. The opposition BJP presented an 84-point charge sheet in the Chhattisgarh Assembly as part of its no-confidence motion.<br />'' <br />'' Leader of Opposition Dharam Lal Kaushik tabled the charge sheet in the House. During the debate, BJP MLAs accused the state government of having failed on several fronts and betrayed farmers, youth, and government employees.<br />'' <br />'' Refuting the charges, Chhattisgarh Congress president and MLA Mohan Markam said the state government has fulfilled 30 out of its 36 poll promises during the last three-and-a-half years. He highlighted the government's achievements and claimed the unemployment rate has significantly declined in the state.<br />''      <br />''The debate on the no-confidence motion is likely to continue till late evening.
