Monsoon session of both house of state Legislature in UP adjourned sine die

In Uttar Pradesh Monsoon session of both the house of state Legislature has been adjourned sine die on Thursday after agitated main opposition Samajwadi Party members continued their demand for the resignation of Minister of State for Animal Husbandry Awadhpal Singh Yadav in both the houses.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that as soon as the Assembly assembled Thursday morning Samajwadi Party leaders pressed for the Minister's apology over his remarks and also demanded that the suspension of party MLA Irfan Solanki be revoked. The leader of the Opposition reiterated his charges of corruption in the Pradeshiya Cooperative Dairy Federation PCDF holding the Minister responsible for it and said that he should resign. As the din continued, the government rushed through the day's agenda after which the Parliamentary Affairs Minister brought a resolution for sine die adjournment, blaming the Samajwadi Party of not allowing normal business. The resolution was passed by voice vote.
