<br/>The monsoon session of the Bihar State Legislature which commenced on Monday adjourned till Tuesday after paying tributes to those died during the inter-session period. <br/> <br/>The House paid tributes to former Vice President Bhairo Singh Shekhawat, Member Parliament Divgvijay Singh and the victims of Mangalore air disaster. This is the last session of this House as the state goes to the polls. <br/> <br/>AIR Patna correspondent reports that the five day session is likely to be a stormy as the opposition parties have decided to raise various issues including alleged financial irregularities over 11 thousand 400 crore in the implementation of the Poverty Alleviation Scheme. <br/>
