<br/>The monsoon session of Andhra Pradesh Legislature has begun this morning. The Assembly has witnessed uproarious scenes on the first day of its proceedings when the opposition TDP staged walk out protesting against Government’s alleged indifference in completing housing for flood victims. The BJP and Left Parties have also staged walk out on another issue protesting against the Government stand in reducing the seats in Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) in the state. <br/><br/>However, Chief Minister K Rosaiah has assured the house that the Government would consider reviving a total 3000 seats in the Triple ITs and the housing Minister Silpa Mohan Reddy has assured that the houses for flood victims would be completed by December this year.<br/>
