In Himachal Pradesh, the monsoon rains continues at several places affecting the normal life. <br/><br/>Heavy rainfall lashed the capital Shimla which remained under the cover of dense fog throughout the day. <br/><br/>The minimum and maximum temperatures have been decreased by two to three degrees Celsius. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent's report:- "The monsoon has been active fully in the state except tribal districts of Lahaul-Spiti and Kinnaur. <br/><br/>The met department has issued warning of heavy to very heavy rains at isolated places throughout in the state during next three days. <br/><br/>The state government has alerted district authorities after the met department warning. The Kangra and Kullu districts authorities have imposed a ban on Para-gliding activities in the district since 15th September."
