Monsoon is likely approach Northern and Western part of the country from Saturday to Monday. Talking to AIR, Director, Met Department R. C. Vashist said that the national capital is also likely to recieve rains. <br/><br/>He said the South-West monsoon has reached only upto central and east India and its further progress has been stalled due to non-formation of monsoon at low pressure areas or monsoon depressions over Bay of Bengal.<br/>
