Monsoon has arrived in some parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh. The Director of state Met department J.P Gupta told our Allahabad correspondent that Monsoon has arrived in Gorakhpur and Varanasi region of eastern UP and it is on schedule.Meanwhile, rain and thunder shower has recorded in several places in the state in last twenty four hours. According to met department Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Kanpur, Ghazipur, Nazimabad and Banda region have recorded rain fall between 10 to 18 mm in last twenty four hours.Met Department says heavy rain may occur in some places of east Uttar Pradesh.
