After a year of drought, the eagerly-awaited seasonal monsoon rains have reached Kerala on Monday, much to the cheer of the farming community. <br/><br/>Director General, India Meteorological Department B.P. Yadav said, South-west monsoon has reached Kerala and it is expected to cover coastal Karnataka by today. <br/>
