Southwest monsoon is vigorous over Rajasthan and Gujarat and active over Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal. Heavy to very heavy rainfall occurred today at a few places over Gujarat region and at isolated places over Konkan and Goa, Karnataka, and Odisha. Met department has predicted widespread rain in North East region as well. <br/><br/>Sea conditions would be rough to very rough over north Bay of Bengal. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea along and off West Bengal and Odisha coast.
