The Congress General Secretary Mr Rahul Gandhi has asserted that money and family background will not be the criteria for gaining position in Congress party.<br/><br/>Those who worked with dedication and sincerity will automatically be gaining poisition in the party. He was addressing Youth Congress Workers in Kanpur Tuesday evening. Later on, addressing unorganized labourers, he referred to the welfare schemes launched by the Prime Minister for their welfare. <br/><br/>He has alleged that the schemes are not being implemented properly in Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Gandhi also addressed young entrepreneurs and asked them to join politicis for redressal of their grievances. <br/><br/>AIR Kanpur correspondent Y.N. Chaturvedi reports that the organised sector workers of this industrial city staged demonstrations for not being given an opportunity to meet Rahul Gandhi.<br/>
