Australia's Moises Henriques and his Surrey team-mate Rory Burns were hospitalised during a English county Twenty-20 match yesterday after they collided while attempting to take a catch against Sussex at Arundel on England's south coast. While Henriques suffered a broken jaw in three places, Burns had facial injuries. The nasty collision left both players unconscious, after which three ambulances made their way on to the outfield, along with the club medical staff. Both players were taken on stretchers, with Henriques giving a thumbs-up sign to the crowd. The play was subsequently suspended, with hosts Sussex on 141 for 7 in the 19th over.Surrey, later, said that both players were conscious and sitting up as they were taken from the ground.
