<br/>Justice Mohit Shantilal Shah today took oath as the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court at a brief official ceremony held at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai. The Governor of Maharashtra K Sankaranarayanan administered the oath of office to Justice Shah. Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ashok Chavan, Chairman of the Maharashtra Legislative Council Shivajirao Deshmukh, judges of the Bombay High Court and senior government officials were among those present on the occasion. Justice Shah succeeds Chief Justice Anil Dave, who had been elevated as Supreme Court Judge on April 30 this year. <br/>
