The BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi slammed the Aam Admi Party at his rallies in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh.
At the rally at Bulandshahar, UP, Modi claimed that the AAP party has shown Kashmir as part of Pakistan on its official website. He derided Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal by calling him AK-49, referring to his 49-day chief ministership in Delhi.
AIR correspondent reports that Modi also attacked Samajwadi party government in the state led by Akhilesh Yadav for rampant unemployment, misuse of funds and lack of law and order. He also criticised state government for not paying outstanding dues of sugarcane farmers. He said that his purpose is not to form a government at centre for the sake of it but to build a strong and powerful nation.
Earlier, addressing the party rally at Hiranagar, Kathua in Jammu Kashmir, Modi alleged that Arvind Kejriwal and Defence Minister AK Anthony are enjoying popularity in Pakistan as their point of view has favoured Pakistan’s perspective on Kashmir.
AIR correspondent reports that in his speech Modi said that there are three AKs which are important in reference to Kashmir situation.
One is AK-47 gun, the second is Antony and the third is AK-49, meaning Arvind Kejriwal.
