BJP leader Narendra Modi has slammed the Congress manifesto calling it bundle of lies and unkept promises. Addressing a meeting at Gumla in Jharkahnd today he said the party has only repeated the promises it made in 2004 and 2009, which it did not fulfill.

He charged Congress leaders with involvement in corruption in mining of coal and iron ore. In an apparent reference to former Environment Minister, he alleged that there was Jayanti Tax to clear the files.
