Former IPL Chairman Lalit Modi has asked for details of the recently held Special General Body meeting of the Cricket Board and the decisions it took in order to prepare his defence in front of the BCCI's disciplinary committee. Modi's counsel has asked for all the relevant documents relating to the decisions taken by the Board at its meeting. Though the Board did not issue any official media release, sources who attended the SGM revealed that the same three-member disciplinary panel — Chirayu Amin, Arun Jaitley and Jyotiraditya Scindia — was retained to continue the proceedings against Modi who is accused of financial irregularities in the conduct of IPL. The next sitting of the disciplinary panel probing the charges against Modi has been fixed for December 27 and 28.
