Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi did not appear before Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Sunday. Mr. Modi was summoned by the SIT to produce himself in connection with Gulbarg massacre of 2002 Gujarat riots.<br/><br/>According to sources, the Chief Minister, Mr. Narender Modi is considering legal options.<br/><br/>Meanwhile the Congress has criticised Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi for not showing up before the SIT in connection with a Gujarat riots case. <br/><br/>Party pokesperson Abhishek Singhvi said in New Delhi that it was contemptuous and showed that Modi loves to hide. He said the SIT's direction to Narendra Modi to appear before it shows the seriousness and importance attached to the issue by the apex court.
