Modi govt implemented OROP for ex-servicemen in true sense: Amit Shah

<div>BJP president Amit Shah said Modi government implemented One rank, one pension for ex-servicemen in true sense. He was addressing  'BJP Panna Pramukh Sammelan' of Hamirpur parliamentary constituency in Himachal Pradesh's Una district today. He stated that no one bothered  for the soldiers for over 70 years, whereas Modi government implemented OROP in true spirit. Addressing BJP workers ahead of next general elections, Amit Shah said the country needs a strong leadership not a weak one. Hitting out at Congress party following announcement of Priyanka Gandhi joining active politics, BJP president Amit Shah said 'OROP for Congress is 'Only Rahul, Only Priyanka'.</div>''<div><br />''</div> Stating that  only BJP government is taking measures for eradication of poverty , he slammed Congress governments for having done nothing for decades for eliminating poverty. He stated ,Himachal got only Rs. 44325 crores from 13th Finance Commission during Congress government, whereas Modi government has provided Rs. 1,15,865 crores to this hilly state. He said BJP workers are our strength and every BJP Panna Pramukh is determined to make Modi PM again adopting the slogan of 'Mera Booth, Sabse Majboot'. Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, former CMs PK Dhumal, Shanta Kumar, and MP Anurag Thakur also addressed the gathering on the occasion.  <br />
