The Narendra Modi Ministry in Gujarat is expanded with the inclusion of four ministers of state. They are Pradeep C Jadeja, Vasubhai Trivedi, Praful Bhai Patel and Kanu Bhalala. The expansion assumes significance in view of coming local body elections. Two ministers of the Narendra Modi Government, Maya Kodnani and Amit Shah, had resigned in recently after their alleged involvement in Godhara riot cases and Sohrabuddin fake encounter.
