Making a scathing attack on the Congress, BJP Leader Narender Modi today described Congress manifesto as a Dhokha Patra, fraud document .

Criticising the policies of the governemtn and without naming Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, he said that a government working on oxygen could not do much for the countrymen.

Addressing a public rally at Palampur in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, he said the Congress failed to fulfil its promise of bringing down prices within 100 days of its taking over in 2009. He urged the youth in the age group of 18 to 28 to vote for a strong government at the centre that works.

Narender Modi said that the growth in tourism sector is 40 percent and Himachal has vast potential of tourism therefore this sector must be given importance. He also alleged that several projects in the state have not been given clearance in the name of environment.
