BJP leader Narendra Modi today launched a scathing attack on the Congress saying it has betrayed the people by failing to keep its promises. Addressing rallies at Nuapada and Balangir in Odisha, he said before the last Lok Sabha Election, Congress promised to check inflation within 100 days after coming to power. But, it failed to to so so. Modi also targeted the BJD in Odisha as non-performer.
