<br/>In Gujarat, the Special Investigation Team appointed by the Supreme Court has started questioning the Chief Minister Narendra Modi in connection with Gulberg massacre of 2002. <br/><br/>Mr. Modi has reached SIT Office at Old Secretariat in Gandhinagar. Special Investigation Team- headed by former CBI Director Mr.RK Raghavan had issued summons to the Gujarat Chief Minister Modi on 11th March for appearing before it within a week starting 21st March. <br/><br/>The Summons was issued based on complaint filed by Zakia Jaffery- the widow of former Congress MP Ehsan Jaffery, who killed in Gulberg society massacre during 2002 Gujarat riots. AIR Ahmedabad Correspondent reports that this is the first time in the country that any Chief Minister has appeared before the Investigating team for questioning.<br/><br/>Union Law Minister M Veerappa Moily has said, it is unfortunate that a chief minister has "landed" himself in such a situation. Talking to reporters in New Delhi Mr. Moily said, the development also demonstrated that nobody is above the law.
