Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu has said that modernization of Railway can take place with investment only. He said China has invested much more than India on its railway. Mr Prabhu was speaking at the centenary celebrations of SP College in Pune yesterday. He said, it is the responsibility not only of the railway but also the public using the railway to keep it clean. Mr Prabhu said, one of the transformative decisions in the railway ministry was the delegation of powers concerning commercial decisions to the Divisional Railway Managers and the General Managers. He emphasised that whatever has been promised in the railway budget is being implemented and will be implemented.<br/><br/>Addressing another function in Pune, he said India is definitely capable of becoming a Developed Nation and Dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make Indian Economy a 20 trillion dollar economy will definitely come true.<br/><br/>
