<br/>In Punjab, moderate rain is reported from all the areas of the state today. Amritsar and Taran Taran districts experienced rain today after a dry spell of almost two weeks. In the flood hit areas of Patiala and Sangrur districts, water has receded but danger of flood still there because Ghaggar River is flowing above the danger mark. <br/> The earlier occurred breaches in the river could not be plugged yet. Relief measures are going on a war footing. The roads which caused damages during the flood are being repaired so as to reach the villages which till now remain cut-off. <br/> In Mansa district, crops in about 800 acres of land in Sardulgarh were filled with water on Sunday after a breach in the Ghaggar River. The Army and people of the area have constructed a bund to stop the flow of water further.
