Mumbai and parts of Western Maharastra experienced moderate tremors this evening. The tremors measured 5.0 on the Richter scale. It occurred at around 5.21 pm.<br/><br/>According Met officials, the epicenter of this earthquake is near to Koynanagar in Satara district. The tremors were felt in Pune, Thane, Ratnagiri, Satara, Sidhudurg and Raigad.<br/><br/>Another tremor of 3.5 Richter Scale also occured in Koynanagar area at 5.46 pm. No damage of property or loss to human life has been reported so far.<br/><br/>A similar quake was witnessed on November 14 when a moderate intensity earthquake of 4.7 on the Richter Scale hit the same region.<br/>
