Addressing a Round Table Conference on &quot;How to Effectively Redress the Grievances Pertaining to Real Estate Sector&quot; in Mumbai on Tuesday, Mr. Singh said, the model agreement could help to reduce disputes between home-buyers and builders and ensure that consumers have access to effective, speedy, hassle-free, and inexpensive grievance redressal mechanisms.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The conference saw participation from officials of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, legal experts, industry leaders, consumer rights activists and treal estate regulators from Delhi and Mumbai.</span><br />
