<span style="color: #222222;">In Maharashtra, in view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurag and Parbhani districts have launched a mobile van to raise awareness about Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) and Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) by conducting demonstrations in the districts. The district election office has initiated awareness campaigns on directives of the Election Commission of India.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Ratnagiri, two mobile vans are dedicated to conducting demonstrations of EVM machines in each assembly constituency. These vans will raise awareness about voting at each polling station.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Parbhani district election office inaugurated a model polling station. This station features two master trainers who will guide voters on EVM and VVPAT machines. Additionally, the room displays election-related awareness videos and audio materials. The district election office set up one mobile van for each of the nine blocks in Parbhani.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Sindhudurg, the district election office has started an awareness campaign today. The mobile van will demonstrate the use and functioning of EVM-VVPAT machines at every polling station in the Sindhudurg district and at the Gram Panchayat office.</span><br />
