The Mobile telephone users have crossed 858 million mark in July this year. According to data released by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India,TRIA, telecom operators in the country have added 6.67 million new mobile connections. India, the world's second-largest mobile phone market, has witnessed the addition of 19 million users on an average in last year.
