In Karnataka, the incident of attack by Hindu Jagaran Vedike members in Mangalore last Saturday has been condemned by the members of legislative Assembly today. The leader of the Opposition Siddaramaiah raised the issue during the zero hour today. He termed the attack of Hindu Jagaran Vedike activists as a brutal act. The attackers had gatecrashed into a birthday party hosted at a homestay facility in Mangalore on Saturday and assaulted 14 persons, including five girls.
