<span style="color: #222222;">In West Bengal,  the dead body of  BJP MLA of Hemtabad Devendra Nath Roy was found hanging at Belia in North Dinajpur District this morning. According to an eye witness report, his body was found near a tea shop in the area.  Roy was elected in the State Assembly in 2016 as left nominee and he joined BJP after Lok Sabha elections in 2019.<br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports that the family of the MLA has alleged the death as murder. The District Committee of BJP has called for a 12-hour bandh in the district in protest against the alleged killing .
