Mizoram University students in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra organise a Youth Festival at University premises

The students of the Mizoram University in association with the Nehru Yuva Kendra today organised a Youth Festival at the University premises with a bouquet of cultural activities, speech competitions and exhibition stalls. Based on the theme of Panch Pran of Amrit Kaal- India @2047, the festival evoked much enthusiasm among the students.<br />''<br />''The main focus of the program is to boost the confidence of the students and to instill in ethos of diverse culture of the country in all sections of youth. While addressing the inaugural program of the Youth Festival, the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Parvakar Rath urged the young students to focus on how they could contribute to nation-building and think about how India can lead in the world stage. Referring to the contributions of the people in the economic growth trajectory of the country, Prof Rath said that G20 India has given utmost importance to youth affairs.<br />'' <br />''Prof. Rath said that the Yuva Utsav seeks to unite people in the country bringing different cultures together and instill in a great impact on youth towards making a developed Nation. He also expressed hope that the Yuva Utsav program would help the students to excel at different strata at National and international levels.<br />'' <br />''In the program, the Central Bureau of Communication and the leading Banks put up exhibition stalls. Students from different branches and schools of the University organized varied cultural programs and took part in speech competitions, titled as sense of duty among the citizens. <br />
