The ‘Mizoram Peace Day’, marking 25 years of signing of peace accord between the then Mizo National Front (MNF) leader Laldenga and the government of India, is being observed on Thursday in Mizoram.The main was held in state capital Aizawl. Governor of Mizoram, Lt. Gen. (Retd.) M M Lakhera, Chief Minister Lalthanhawla, leader of opposition MNF Zoramthanga, ministers and other dignitaries took part in the function.
