<span style="color: #222222;">In Mizoram, Legislator Z R Thiamsanga, who is a doctor by profession set an ideal instance of humanitarian service by performing an emergency caesarean to a woman delivering a baby, while he was on a visit to village people. He was visiting places to take stock of the situation in COVID-19 pandemic and also to assess the damages caused by the recently occurred series of earthquakes in the area.<br />''<br />''As soon as he got the news, Dr. Thiamsanga rushed to the Champhai Hospital and asked the health staff to take immediate preparation for the operation. He performed the emergency caesarean and the operation was successful. He said that the woman and her baby are presently safe and sound.
