<span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In Mizoram, migrant workers who are engaged in different projects and other private jobs in the state are now getting free rice under the central scheme Atma Nirbhar Bharat Yojana. The government is providing them 10 kg rice each for May and June. In Lawngtlai district, located at the remote part of the state along the Indo-Myanmar border, about 6,000 workers from other states are working in different projects like Kaladan Multi Modal roadways and with companies such as RDS and ARSS Company, 71 RCC and BS Steel Industries. </span><span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">For all those migrant workers, the district food & civil supply department has started distributing free rice under Atma Nirbhar Bharat Yojana. They have been given 10 kg free rice each.
